Become an MIF Approved Lender
Lenders eligible to be approved to underwrite MIF insured loans include:
banks, savings banks and savings and loans
public pension funds and retirement systems
government agencies including the New York State Housing Finance Agency and the New York City Housing Development Corporation
industrial development agencies (IDAs)
