New HFA/DHCR Joint Applications
Developers applying for financing from HFA programs and the Homes for Working Families Program administered by the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) for the same project should now file a joint application. Joint applications are available for all of HFA's programs including the All Affordable Program, Senior Housing Program, and the 501(c)(3) Bond Financing Program.
